For over 30 years, Jud has been a vital part of the roofing process that helped make BBG Contracting Group a successful company. As a founding partner, he helped spearhead the primary focus of the company to be placed on medium sized institutional and governmental roofing projects of all types. Jud is the General Manager of BBG and oversees the entire scope of operations for the company.

Andy Burns – Vice President / Sheet Metal & Metal Roofing Manager

Co-founder Andy Burns brings over 30-years-experience in metal roofing, sheet metal fabrication and design. He manages the sheet metal fabrication shop and metal roofing department while assisting in on-site project management and production.

Linwood Geiger – Secretary / Treasurer / Senior Estimator

Co-founding partner Linwood Geiger graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Finance. Linwood oversees the day-to-day operations and heads up the estimating and project management departments.

Kevin Snyder – Field Manager

Having started with the company in 2003, Kevin oversees tile and shingle roof installations. His solid understanding of the critical details involved in the roofing industry and their impact on a well-coordinated project makes Kevin a valuable resource to both our clients and our staff.

Chris White – Project Manager/Estimating

Starting with the company in 2014, Chris is primarily responsible for identifying and pursuing project leads, gathering project information, and assisting in project proposals. Once projects have been awarded, Chris works with manufacturers gathering product data for the submittal process, he also works with architects, general contractors, and owners as a project manager.

Blake McCrea – Director of Maintenance and Repairs

Blake started his career in the roof contracting business in 2008. He has experience in all areas of roof contracting including application, sales, estimating, project management, general management, human resources, project design and information technology.

Currently, he is using his knowledge to devise managed roof preventative maintenance programs. Blake also manages roof repair technicians. He oversees leak investigations, general repairs and roof curb installations.

Wayne Williams – Safety Coordinator / Fleet Manager (Third party inspector)

Wayne has over 35 years of experience in the roof industry. During that time, he has worked in application, roof repairs & maintenance, safety training and equipment maintenance.

Wayne heads up all our Safety Programs and teaches jobsite safety. Wayne has completed OSHA’s 10 and 30-hour safety programs and is a CERTA (Certified Roofing Torch Applicator) Approved torch trainer. He also is a certified crane operator and holds a Class A CDL. In addition to his safety duties, Wayne makes sure our vast vehicle and equipment fleet is maintained and in proper working order. Security clearance & badging is another of Wayne’s specialties. He plays a key role in the quality control of our organization and is an integral part of our team.
