Typical fluid applied roofing materials are elastomeric or two part epoxies. Elastomeric coatings are a great material for metal roofs and are sometimes used on some flat roofs to extend the life of the material or to provide energy saving reflectivity.
Other two part fluid-applied roofs are designed for high traffic areas like walking decks or balconies. Fluid-applied roofing is available in many colors and textures.
